SHIPPING POLICY

Tank Nation products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Production
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been produced. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. Shipping costs and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Packages
Because some Tank Nation products may be produced at different facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@tanknation.net. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Tank Nation is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@tanknation.net with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
